In tropical and humid cities, at night human activities also take place outdoor space under the open sky, especially around 18.00 to 22.00. Air temperature during that time tends be warm, humidity has started increase. The question is how much thermal comfort level of people so they feel enjoy productive for their activities. Through this study, two regression equations was developed in order predict spaces area. A total 80 adults consisting 40 men women as subjects respondents have filled out questionnaire about perception scales when obtaining various climate penetrations. wore clothing types. experiment carried sky coastal area city Manado. variables include air temperature, humidity, wind speed. equation consists two, namely case sitting with light work, walking leisurely. form Y=f(Xi), where Y scale comfort, Xi variable. produces a predicted range terms numbers 2 (feeling hot), 1 slightly 0 comfortable), -1 cold), -2 cold).
